What you get to do every day:
-Your #1 priority will be to bring in beautiful, high-quality furniture on consignment. If you bring in a great product, it will sell itself
-Building relationships with consignors and curating fresh finds through fun, collaborative consignment interactions
-Turning questions into connections with friendly, feel-good customer service through phone calls or in-person customers
-Keeping the conversation flowing with daily email check-ins and friendly replies to customers/consignors
-Giving new/fresh products their spotlight by logging them into the system for sale
-Tagging the best finds and getting them ready to wow shoppers
-Wrapping up the shopping adventure with speedy, friendly checkouts to help the customer
-Bringing your creativity and shine to the store through constant staging, decorating and tidying magic
-Helping our social media shine with engaging posts and friendly replies, chatting with our awesome community

What you bring to the role:
You light up when it comes to decorating
You love to chat about home décor and design as much as you love to create a cozy home of your own
It's natural for you to start up friendly conversations with customers, deliver an amazing customer experience, and resolve issues with a smile
You possess the confidence to evaluate people's furniture and price it to consign
Team player
Must have necessary computer skills to learn our simple point-of-sale (POS) system
Comfortable working some weekends and must possess a High School diploma
