We are looking for a polite, and detail oriented individual to work with us in our orchid nursery. The position will be full or possibly part time, from 7:00am - 3:30pm. We would like to find someone who enjoys plants and being sort of a jack of all trades is helpful. The position will be primarily the preparing of plants for delivery and delivering them one or possibly two days a week in SF so you will need a valid and clean drivers license. There would also be some re-potting, organizing and corresponding with clients via email, phone or text. The greenhouses are very pleasant to work in and we would like a one year commitment as possible. Living nearby(say from Half moon Bay up to Daly City) would be a plus.
REQUIREMENTS: Working with plants a plus. We are looking for someone who is polite, and has some experience related to plants or a desire to learn, with a good work ethic and a clean drivers license.
COMPENSATION: $20.00 per hour and up, depending on experience
START DATE: As soon as possible.
