San Francisco based boutique construction firm specializing in home renovations is seeking a receptionist for an office of a staff of approximately 20 people.
Responsibilities include:
-Welcoming guests at the door
-Receiving and tracking of deliveries
-Administrative support to the billing department
-Oversight of office facilities and correspondence with city agencies and company staff for maintenance as required
-Management of vendors such as Xerox, internet, and office tech
-Assistance obtaining building permit and parking permits in San Francisco
-General support to Accounting Team, Operations Manager and CEO
-Clear written and oral communication skills, as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and office visitors
This position is a full time job, Monday-Friday, in-office, 8:30am-5pm, in a well appointed office along the Van Ness Corridor.
