Strong word and excel skills, able to draft letters or create spreadsheets with formulas
Assist in organizing client files
Assist in coding invoices
Assist in collecting tenant information, vendor bids, insurance COI’s
Assist in drafting and tracking vendor contracts for signatures
Assist in putting together tenant welcome folders
Assist in updating contact lists and task tracking
Able to work well with others in team environment
