Assistant for Established Real Estate Firm

Kenney and Everest Real Estate, Inc. is a well established, busy, and growing residential / commercial real estate firm. Our emphasis is on leasing and sales in The Bay Area. We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our team.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-1pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and providing general administrative support.

Assisting with drafting leases and processing applications.

Organizing open houses and coordinating agents’ schedules.

Managing social media accounts.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with social media platforms.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

If you work well in a team and enjoy customer service this might be the job for you. To apply please have excellent organizational skills and an eye for marketing. No previous experience in real estate needed, interest in the field is necessary.it's important you enjoy learning and want to embrace the experience. The office is located in the Russian Hill section of San Francisco.
