We are looking for a property manager with the following qualifications. Property has nine residential tenants and few shops.
You live with in 10 mile radius of berkeley/oakland area
You have experience dealing with low income tenants who require visiting property in person
You have access to a maintenance crew who can fix plumbing/electrical etc. issues and can be onsite when there is a call at any time
You can handle calls and can be available all 7 days when needed
You are good at doing assessment of the problem and can do small handyman job yourself or can make calls to negotiate the cost
You can call tenants for rent collection if not received, can collect and deposit checks
You can show the property to prospective tenants when needed and can follow them for appointments/lease signing
This is a flexible job on time.
