We are a small, well-established 50-year-old Better Business Bureau A+ rated firm specializing in managing a medium-sized portfolio of investment properties and homeowner associations throughout San Mateo County. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

We are seeking a full-time, career-minded team member to join our close-knit office and grow with us. If you live within 30 minutes of Burlingame and are looking for stability, opportunity, and a collaborative work environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Overview:

In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day management of our property and HOA portfolios. You’ll work closely with our two owners—both cross-trained in all aspects of operations—and receive hands-on training to become proficient in every facet of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable using AppFolio property management software

Manage the front office and provide exceptional customer service

Respond to email requests and phone inquiries regarding maintenance, payments, and general questions

Coordinate with vendors, tenants, and homeowners as needed

Help maintain accurate financial and operational records

Support the overall efficiency of office operations

Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for someone organized, reliable, and motivated to learn and grow. Ideal candidates will have:

Prior experience in property management, HOA management, or a related field (preferred, but not required)

Strong computer skills — proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management/financial software

A professional and presentable demeanor for front office interactions and telephone communication

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines

A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
