Busy Realtor in the East Bay is searching for Stager with interior design experience (WILL TRAIN YOU)
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Basic Design to make sure the property reaches the highest price point.
Staging/de-staging listings.
Coordinate schedules for movers, stagers, and contractors and ensure the job is complete.
Manger Staging Storage Space.
Gathering keys from /to sellers/buyers.
Attaching/Removing lockboxes on listings.
Organizing storage unit for lockboxes, Supras, Open House signs, and small staging items.
Maybe help place Open House signs around/in the neighborhood on the morning of the Open House.
Removing Open House signs and placing them back in the storage unit after every Open House.
Meet with vendors and manage vendors/contractors/handymen to meet deadlines.
WILLING TO WORK ON THE WEEKENDS AND SOME EVENINGS IS A MUST!
