We are seeking an energetic, talented, and reliable full-time driving/door knocking field representative to join our Real Estate Investment company. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with homeowners. You must be results-oriented and think strategically. The right individual will perform with high integrity and have a positive attitude to help overcome objections. You will need to be comfortable with Cold Door Knocking properties. Leads are provided daily and we have a team that you would collaborate with.
Qualifications
Strong social & communication skills
Must have reliable transportation
Strong follow up skills
Positive attitude
Phone sales & Door Knocking/Sales experience (preferred but will train the right candidate)
We will provide the leads and a system to help ensure your success
Responsibilities
Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
Consistently follow up with leads
Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
Compensation
Base pay PLUS commissions
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Self-determined schedule
Supplemental pay types:
Commission pay
Work Location: On the road/Team meetings Weekly
