Are you Property manager or property management team looking for a new property to manage? Are you tired of the REIT or corporate rat race? Do you like a challenge and have demonstrated success turning around properties that could use a good manager and some TLC?
We are hiring a full-time onsite property manager or team for our mid-size (75-80 unit) apartment community in San Leandro!
Duties include:
Property Management: Responsible for the daily operation and care of the property including processing rents and administration of reports.
Leasing: If you are personable, yet professional; have the gift of gab, yet know when to be quiet and listen; and have a proven track record of success in achieving leasing goals, you'll have no problem keeping the property full.
Maintenance: At a minimum you should be able to understand and assess apartment maintenance issues, and manage work orders.
Compensation includes a competitive wage, rent-paid 2BR apartment, benefits after 60 days, and a great company to work for where your contributions will be recognized and appreciated.
Musts: Enthusiastic, organized, have great phone skills, and have at least 3 years of solid apartment management experience. Excellent computer skills are also a must; Yardi Voyager experience helpful. We will train the right team/individual on Yardi!

- Must pass criminal background, credit and prior employer reference checks
