Responsibilities include:
- General office responsibilities. (Answering phones, compose letters and memos, update property management software etc.)
- Coordinate with tenants, owners, vendors to complete repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare Rental Agreements and Addendums.
- Receive applications and application fees. Show prospective tenants available apartment for rent.
- Coordinate, schedule and prepare paperwork to move-in and move-out tenants, lease renewal, inspections etc.
- Insure tenants are following apartment policies
- Keep property's common areas clean & tidy
- Maintain open line of communication with our Property Managers.
- Coordinate with Insurance Companies, Management Companies and Resident Managers as needed.
- Other areas as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
- High school graduate, CAA CRM certification a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude.
- Team player.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task for a busy office.
- Flexible.
- Computer experience (Microsoft Office). Rental software experience a plus.
- 1 - 2 years of office experience.
- Valid CA Driver’s License, Registration & Insurance, Reliable Transportation
