We are looking for an onsite manager at a small building in Burlingame adjacent to Burlingame Avenue. It is near the El Camino bus stop and blocks from the Burlingame Caltrain station. The building is pet friendly and well maintained by long-term owners.
The manager is responsible for day-to-day operation of the building, including:
Showing units and completing all leasing paperwork.
Rent collection.
Tenant and vendor relations.
Light building maintenance.
The manager must have an open and flexible schedule that allows for he/she to perform their required duties in a timely and reasonable manner, including communicating with the building’s tenants and management company. An individual with sufficient outside passive income (investment income, annuity, etc.) is ideal.
Compensation includes:
A small monthly salary ($1,150.00)
A ground floor 2 bedroom / 1 bath unit with basic utilities.
