Are you ready to ride the wave of your real estate career with a fun, professional, and fast-growing coastal property management team? High Tide Real Estate & Property Management is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Leasing Agent who loves helping people find their perfect home and thrives on organization, follow-up, and local expertise.

What You’ll Do:

Showcase Properties: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting all the unique features and coastal charm.

Tenant Relations: Respond promptly to rental inquiries by phone, email, and text. Guide applicants through the application, screening, and leasing process.

Leasing Process: Coordinate and manage all leasing paperwork, applications, holding deposit agreements and lease signings—making sure everything’s smooth and compliant.

Marketing Support: Assist with creating and posting property listings

Move-In/Move-Out Coordination: Schedule and conduct move-in/move-out inspections, document property conditions, and ensure a seamless transition for tenants.

Vendor & Maintenance Coordination: Communicate with pm team and vendors for repairs, cleaning, and turnovers. Ensure maintenance requests are addressed quickly.

Customer Delight: Deliver “magic moments” to tenants—think welcome baskets, handwritten notes, and follow-up calls to make a lasting impression!

Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records in Asana and other management tools. Stay on top of deadlines, compliance, and documentation.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our small, mighty team to support leasing, marketing, and property management goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, approachable, and organized—someone who loves coastal living!

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities

Experience in real estate, property management, or customer service preferred

Tech-savvy: comfortable with email, Google Drive, Asana, and rental listing platforms

California real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)

Reliable transportation and local area knowledge a plus
