Boutique CRE investment management firm is interviewing qualified candidates for Junior Associate and Senior Associate positions. Associates' involvement will be both in the Finance and in the Marketing functions of operations.
The candidate will work directly with company partners to assist in industry research, business development, client management, investor relations as well as financial analysis and market research. Candidates will eventually participate in deal analysis and negotiations as well as feasibility assignments.
Our company provides financial products and services to the CRE and banking industries.

Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
Superior writing skills.
Curiosity in financial services, alternative investments or real estate.
Highly developed work ethic, strong entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and a strong desire to be successful.
Candidates with related employment background or coursework will be helpful.
Senior year undergraduate candidates OK.
