We are a family-owned business looking for a smart, technically savvy secretary to help out in our office. This role requires you to learn on the job and wear several hats. We are looking for someone organized with high attention to detail. There are opportunities for growth within the company, so interest in construction is key! We have a beautiful office in Palo Alto. Some flexibility with hours, although we do require the role to be in-office most days of the week.
