Part-time position of office assistant available with an established and growing small business.
We produce and ship a variety of aromatherapy products designed for spas, healthcare practitioners, retail stores, etc.
The main duties of this position are:
● Website order processing
● Customer service by email and phone
● Filing orders and other documents
● Supply ordering, once experience is gained
The essential skills we are looking for:
● Good office and organisation skills
● Good customer service
● Good communication skills with others in the team
● A can-do, positive attitude
Hours available are a minimum of 12 hrs. per week over three days; more hours are often available
Knowledge of essential oils are preferred but not required.
