We are seeking a high performing Personal and Executive Assistant who is loyal and supportive to serve as the right hand to our ownership team, supporting the professional demands of leading a dynamic organization. This is a unique, high impact role that blends executive level administrative work with individual support and organizational coordination. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, strong analytical thinking, and a deep commitment to integrity and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Organizational Support
Perform a broad range of very sensitive, confidential, and proprietary administrative functions.
Coordinate family logistics, including personal travel, both domestic and international.
Perform general administration duties.
Responsible for planning functions, including but not limited to annual meetings, holiday celebrations, and specialized training
Awards and Tenure recognition planning and execution
Liaise with vendors and manage repair service scheduling.
Assists with personal items for the owner
Manage executive office space.
Special vendor relationship management
New store construction supports the team
Document creation and circulation– leases, notes
Document management storage
Required Qualifications
Intense multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
Professional communication and relationship management skills across all levels
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound decision making
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Perform administrative duties to include phone coverage, meeting coordination report preparation, presentations, composing correspondence for signature, etc.
