Part time administrative position
8:30-2:30 M thru F (hours somewhat flexible)
$25 - $35/hr depending on experience
Small office/shop environment in Concord
Qualifications:
Quickbooks experience a must
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum Two years’ administrative experience
Demonstrated excellence in customer service, time and priority management;
Demonstrated excellence in team work and collaboration
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process invoices daily, enter in Quickbooks, scan, fax, file
Update accounts in Quickbooks
Provide back-up and support for other members of the team
Applicants should have the following attributes:
Excellent organizational, prioritizing and time management skills
Ability to work well independently
Strong problem solving skills but also the ability to know when to ask questions to ensure accuracy of data entry
Excellent verbal and written English communication and phone etiquette skills
Strong computer skills; Must be proficient with Quickbooks and MS Office programs
Reliable, self-motivated, and ability to meet deadlines and stay calmunder pressure
Self starter
