Job Description
Hours: 4.5 hours per day 8:30 am to 1:00 pm Monday- Friday
We are a professional office building in downtown Redwood City. We offer executive office space (aka co-working) and services to our tenants. This is a beautiful building with a very nice group of people to work with. We are looking for a part-time, permanent, receptionist to join us. Duties are twofold:
Relieve Receptionist (Front Desk)
Answer phones
Take messages
Greet people as they come in
Keep front desk clean and neat
Coordinate with afternoon receptionist to keep all 3 kitchens supplied and clean.
Coordinate with afternoon receptionist with a list of item that need to be ordered
Be fluent in our co-working programs so that you may help walk-ins understand the offerings.
Back Office
Scan bills, notices, invoices, checks received, and any other miscellaneous paperwork given into computer and place in appropriate digital location
Copying and digital filing
Mail- usually there is mail that we get from the back office or tenants.
You may need to list every piece of mail into the Postage Log according to each company for billing at the end of the month.
Compensation: $22/hr
This is a part-time job.
