Part-time (T,W,Th). Support owner of Watsonville construction company, interfacing with clients, crew, and bookkeeper. Must be dependable, organized, a team player, and have your own, reliable, vehicle. Required: Excel and Word. A plus: QuickBooks and/or bilingual. Duties include but are not limited to office organization, email, phones, client leads follow-up, spreadsheets, assisting with invoicing and payables. Possible additional hours, bookkeeping, and website maintenance in future.
