Office Assistant / Customer Service

Ben’s Auto is looking for an office assistant to work full-time or close to full time (no weekends). Experience in an automotive shop is a plus. Candidates must have strong communication skills (written and spoken) and be able to speak to customers, employees, and vendors. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a great but not a requirement. This job can be flexible around the needs of parents with children.

Skills/Qualifications

- Able to organize and prioritize work

- Proficient with computers (Google suite, MS Office, cloud based software)

- Effective communicator

- Enthusiastic and able to work with minimal supervision

- Professional demeanor

- Punctual and dependable

Job description:

- Answering phones, speaking with customers, and scheduling appointments

- Consulting with clients about the work they need and what is being performed.

- Creating written documentation by creating estimates and invoices (training will be provided)

- Closing out jobs and collecting payment

- Responding to email correspondences

- Ordering parts

- Performing normal office tasks such as light filing and organizing

Requirements

- Drivers License and clean driving record (No DUI’s)
