United Paleteria and Neveria is seeking an Office Administrator that will oversee and manage the daily operations including but not limited to:

1.) Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, and drinks.

2.) Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.

3.)Initial point of security for all money, money equivalents, and all applicable paperwork, including private guest information and documents.

4.)Makes timely and accurate calculations of bill transactions.

5.)Handles money accurately and balances high volume of receipts.

6.)Assists staff with banks, checkouts, and money, and money equivalent procedures.

7.)Completes all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

8.) Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.

9.) Works side by side with the business owner in business related tasks and responsibilities.

10.) Product Inventory Invoicing and collections.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
