Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant to CEO of Design-Build

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a knack for multitasking and a positive attitude? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and President of four dynamic companies in the design, construction, landscape, and electrical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Office Preparation: Ensure the CEO’s and President’s office is prepped and ready each morning.

· Meeting Coordination: Prepare for client meetings, manage scheduling, and organize meetings with staff and external parties.

· Calendar Management: Oversee the executive's day-to-day calendar, prioritize sensitive matters, and make appointments.

· Communication: Compose and prepare correspondence, maintain contact lists, and send reminders.

· IT Support: Assist with hardware, software, desktop support, internal telecommunications, and supervise IT work for the CEO.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, Google, Zoom, and DocuSign.

· Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.

· Positive Attitude: Approach each day with enthusiasm and a willingness to tackle any task.

· Adaptability: Handle unexpected changes with ease and flexibility.

· Detail-Oriented: Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain a high level of accuracy.

· Proactive: Anticipate the CEO’s needs and stay ahead of them.

· Professionalism: Exhibit outstanding communication skills and a professional demeanor.
