Small business looking for a part time person to manage front office. Duties include, but not limited to: ability to write letters, marketing experience/social media ie facebook/instagram, creating flyers, newsletters and other marketing materials using canva. Use of Word and G-Suite a must. Internet searches, ease to learn new software and help train others on it, attention to detail, strong communication skills, organized, calm during stressful situations, well groomed/business casual, detail note taking, greet clients, handle mail, assist real estate agents, create spreadsheets, schedule meetings, goal setting, put office systems in place, filing, basic math skills, plus additional typical office duties.
Hours 20-30 hours a week 9-5 M-F approximately, somewhat flexible
This is an in-person office position.
