Requirements:

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.

Customer Service Skills:

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve guest complaints effectively.

Leadership Abilities:

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Detail-Oriented:

Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Computer Proficiency:

Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Professional Appearance:

Neat and professional appearance to represent the hotel in a positive manner.

Language Skills:

Fluency in English/ reading and writing. Proficiency in additional languages may be a plus.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to handle unexpected situations and emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of information

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate departments or individuals

- Oversee the reservation process and ensure accuracy of bookings

- Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service
