Personal Assistant Needed

Position: Personal Assistant

Location: Oakland, California

Pay Range: $25-35 per hour

Type: Part-Time, Somewhat Flexible Schedule: We will work with the right candidate on a schedule that works for the firm and candidate - four six to eight hour days per week during week days.

About Us: We are a small but busy law firm dedicated to providing top-notch legal services for individuals going through challenging family situations. We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our Firm’s Partners by managing day-to-day activities, both legal and non-legal, to ensure efficient workflow and support the firm’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lawyers in managing tasks, data entry, and office organization.

Serve as the point person in the office to support remote staff with administrative tasks.

Organize storage on site, this task will be significant initally and then taper off to maintenance of files once completed.

Assist with scheduling meetings and other appointments, including collection and client calls.

Run errands as needed to support the partners and the firm's daily operations.

Stay on top of multiple tasks and keep partners accountable for their commitments.
