We are seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
Supervise daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and vendors.
Manage all AP/AR bookkeeping utilizing Quickbooks Online.
Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain organized office records, files, and documentation for easy access.
Coordinate with vendors to manage supplies, services, and contracts effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Assist in the development of office budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial accountability.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Manager / Bookkeeper or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with construction office management is a plus but not required.
Proficient in using office software (MS Office Suite) and phone systems.
Knowledge of Smartsheets is a plus.
Knowledge of OSHA requirements is a plus.
