Office, clerical and executive/personal assistant work for small company.
Work will be around 30-32 hours a week at this time Monday-Friday.
Must have positive can do attitude, computer proficient, be able to efficiently organize. Work unsupervised and stay on task.
Must have experience working in the Trades or construction industries. This experience must include bidding on commercial or municipal projects.
Excellent communication skills
Must be reliable and punctual
HR experience a plus
Must have reliable transportation
Proficient in Microsoft office programs as well as QuickBooks online
Bookkeeping experience is a must.
Report directly to company president for priority tasks or projects and changes to schedule
Answering phones
Customer Service
Filing and organizing receipts and paperwork. Inputting into QuickBooks
Scheduling appointments
Accounts receivable and payable
Payroll
Tracking Inventories, training documentation and paperwork
New Hire paperwork
Drug testing paperwork
Proofreading and editing documents
Formatting Documents
Create forms and process
Assisting company President with day to day schedule and projects
Other items will be discussed during interview process
