Role: Admin Assistant
Hours: Full-time/Part-time
Pay: $20-$25/hr. (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Answering Phones: Be the friendly voice of our company, handling incoming calls professionally and providing assistance as needed.
Data Entry: Keep our records accurate and up-to-date by entering information into our system efficiently.
Invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate creation and processing of invoices to support financial operations.
QuickBooks: Utilize QuickBooks software to manage transactions and maintain financial records.
Requirements:
Motivated and Adaptable: We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and can easily adjust to new tasks and responsibilities.
Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations is essential for success in this role.
Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new software and processes quickly.
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is key, both on the phone and in written correspondence.
