ANGELS DENTISTRY located in Lucky's Shopping Center in Pinole is seeking a front desk hostess with an opportunity to be trained in Dental Office Management. The opportunity is based on the candidate's desire to learn and grow.
EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY for someone who is able to work on Saturdays and Sundays. It's a very "easy money" job for the right candidate with the additional training and mentorship provided to add more days and to become an Assistant Office Manager - all based on the candidate and his/her goal(s).
HS diploma is the only educational requisite. Must speak fluent English and work well with computers.
The strongest skill set will be to be responsible and organized.
The Front Desk Hostess will Meet and Greet our patients in our lobby / waiting area.
It is important for our patients to feel like VIPs! Very Important Patients! You will offer our patients a glowing and warm reception, give them any paper work to fill out, check patients in, set up their future appointments, and take payments.
This is the first step in Medical/Dental Management and if you would like to have more extensive experience so that you can qualify for a Medical or Dental Office Manager role or position which typically pay $70,000 plus a year, we will be happy to train and mold you to achieve that goal!
A warm and glowing personality along with being perceptive and fast learner are extreme pluses!
