Construction Administration for General Contractor (Foundation and Seismic)
- Accounts payable & receivable/light accounting
- Support field crews (e.g., schedule inspections, order materials, communication with engineers and others involved, etc.)
- Client communications/relations
- Submitting and tracking permits
- Answering phone, voicemails - create and maintain Owner's client meeting schedule
- Payroll (track field crew hours and administrate payroll)
- Insurance (payments and updates)
- Create and maintain upcoming jobs status and schedule
- Maintain and organize project job files
- Safety program updates
- Automobile a must, driving required
- Intermediate writing skills required
- Basic math skills required
- Honest, motivated, "Make it Happen" attitude
- General knowledge of construction preferred
- Estimating experience preferred though not required
- Website building/maintenance preferred though not required
