Accounting Firm Looking for an Experienced Office Professional(San Francisco)

At Hatter & Co., CPA, a San Francisco financial district full-service tax and accounting firm, our mission is to provide our clients with prompt, professional, courteous, and result-oriented services. To achieve this, we are in search of an exceptional professional with outstanding office administration skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

.Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and prioritize: Maintain meticulous organization of incoming client documents ensuring everything is in a specific order.

- Streamline processes: Prepare paper documents for our digital office processes by scanning them accurately/efficiently.

- Assemble with precision: Assemble finished tax returns and financial statements both digitally and physically in our standard formats for client delivery.

- Handle, manage documents and return mailings with precision and timeliness.

- Database management: Maintain order and accuracy across multiple databases.

- Client communication: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and communicate clearly.

- Attention to detail: Execute all tasks with extreme attention to detail and accuracy while adhering to rigorous office procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Document handling: Perform word processing, scanning, and manage mail.

- Team collaboration: Interface via email, phone with staff.

- Administrative support: Work seamlessly with the team.

- Data management: Create reports and spreadsheets.

- Software proficiency: Learn internal software systems and processes.

- Special projects: Assist with special projects as needed.

Skills and Experience:

- Organization: Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail.

- Communication: Articulate and able to interact effectively.

- Analytical: Adept at analyzing information and problem-solving.

- Team Player: Collaborative and able to work well with others.

- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift modest-sized boxes of documents and regularly bend to access documents with repetitive movements.
