Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our
fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for
helping others, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Our goal is to provide
exceptional service to our clients, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain high customer
satisfaction standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the Office Manager with various administrative tasks.
Answer phone calls, schedule service appointments, and follow up on repairs and
routine maintenance.
Provide service rates and confirm details with clients.
Schedule technicians based on geographic location.
Manage, maintain, and process maintenance contracts.
Update maintenance database, work orders, and filter lists monthly.
Accurately enter data with attention to detail.
Problem-solve and address issues as they arise.
Effectively handle multiple tasks at once.
Conduct research projects as assigned by management.
Job Type: Part-time (12 - 24 hours per week). Opportunity for growth to full-time for the right
candidate.
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Experience Level: Entry-level (2 years of relevant experience)
Weekly Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
Work Setting: ln-person, office environment
