We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! We are a landscaping company that has been in business for over 50 years in the Bay Area. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and projects
Update, print and scan route books for maintenance crews
Daily chemical counts and monthly chemical usage reporting to all surrounding counties
Daily update of Master PO
Filing and thinning out file cabinets
Updating and filing walk thrus and other documents and contracts
Assist in ordering materials and equipment
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Report to and assist the office manager in office operations
Installing apps and updating ipads
Learning and teaching crew members app check-ins and verification
Doing site visits for missed app check-ins
Ordering supplies for office, staff & kitchen use
Organizing staff gatherings
Printing and posting weekly schedule and changes
Translating documents, notices, crew memos
Processing customer payments through Square App
Closing all blinds and windows.
Turning off all lights.
Locking office and setting alarms
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual a MUST - Spanish and English
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.98 per hour
