We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, be highly organized and professional. This individual will have exposure to a wide range of tasks and support functions and should be very comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google documents.
Some of the duties of this position will be:
-Assist with correspondence and documents. This involves preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards
-Assist with calendar management and emails
-Assist with communication between people in various aspects of the business. This includes drafting internal memos, coordinating meetings, and serving as a central point of contact for inquiries
-Assist with tasks related to and for construction projects
-Assist with property management tasks, tenant communication, coordinate repairs, etc.
-Provide essential administrative support to the company’s president.
-Other typical office responsibilities include but are not limited to phones, filing and organizing
Qualifications:
-Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Google Docs
-Previous experience in administrative role(s)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Bi-lingual: English and Spanish
-Dependable, reliable and punctual
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
-Highly organized
-Excellent time management skills
-High degree of professionalism and a proactive work ethic
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
