Looking for a admin assistant to a small business owner in Pleasanton.

This person will help the business owner with his administrative tasks and responsibilities.

Location: Owners home office

Hours a week: 4 hours a week (half a day, 9am - 1pm)

Pay: $20 - 25 per hour

Tasks

Ability to write & respond to emails and communicate with clients/vendors with minimal supervision.

Ability to take incoming and make outgoing calls.

Write documents in Word

Use Excel to create/modify/submit/review timesheets

Calculate billable hours from timesheets and submit invoices using Quickbooks

General office support, scanning, photocopying, and telephone coverage.

Bookkeeping (Proficient in QuickBooks or Quicken)

We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:
