Accounts Receivable / Customer Service, PAN-o-RAMA
PAN-o-RAMA artisan bakery is seeking a customer service representative to work in our offices in San Francisco SOMA district. Must be available to work Saturday's and Sunday's.
We are looking for someone with one to two years of experience posting accounts receivable and possess strong attention to detail and ensure the accuracy of all input. Candidates will need to post payments, call customers regarding past due balances, answer phones and assist with payroll and accounts duties.
Excellent verbal and written communication along with customer service skills, are a must in order to take and enter orders into the system. Familiarity with Windows, MS Excel and MS Word are a plus.
