About NNP: No Name Precision, LLC is a growing machine shop in the South Bay area, supporting the semi-conductor industry. We utilize HAAS equipment to manufacture metal and plastic parts for our customers.
We are looking to bring on board a driven individual that is looking for a place where they can grow and be an integral part of a long term growth plan. This is a hybrid position where the focus is programming, while supporting the owner with supervising the production on the floor and pushing production. This position reports directly to the Owner and has a path for growth within the company. If you are an experienced CNC programmer with supervisory experience or a drive to be more integral with a company in high-level planning and execution, then this is the place for you.
Job Description: As a Supervising CNC Programmer, your job is split into 2 facets: 1. CNC Programmer, you will be utilizing MasterCAM to program production parts to mill using HAAS CNC equipment. 2. Supervisor, you will be overseeing a team of 3-4 machinists, assigning work, updating production lists, working with the Owner to schedule work, troubleshooting programs, and essentially being a first line contact for the production team, helping free up the owner to develop new business and maintain operation of the company. This position will be a direct support to the Owner and has future opportunities to grow within the company as No Name Precision grows in the Bay Area.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
● Programming CNC machines using MasterCAM.
● Operate HAAS CNC machines
● Write CNC Programs
● Has lead or supervised teams up to 4 individuals

● Can lift up to 25lbs regularly and up to 75lbs occasionally
● Not adverse to bending, reaching, squating, twisting, kneeling, and stooping daily.
● Ability to speak and understand Vietnamese is a plus, but not required.
Previous Experience:
● Minimum experience as a 3,4,5 axis CNC Programmer using MasterCAM - 5+ years
● Familiar with HAAS Controls and machines - 1+ years
● Experience as a team lead, supervisor or foreman - 6+ months
Benefits: Paid holidays, 4x 10 hour days work week, with more to be added in the future.
Compensation: This is a salary position with a range between $35-45 an hr DOE, with opportunity for growth within the company based on performance.
