Quality Manager
Under the direction of Executive Management, the Quality Manager:
Supervises, oversees and/or guides activities of inspection personnel and ensures all inspections are compliant with quality system objectives and customer requirements
Collects and analyzes quality information, develops reports and action plans for Executive Management Review
Liaisons with Engineering, Manufacturing and Purchasing to create quality plans, monitor suppliers, control processes and ensure order fulfillment
Defines and implements internal quality procedures
Monitors corrective and preventive action timelines and verifies effectiveness
Performs inspections and audits as directed
Conducts analysis and dispositions on product returns
Requirements:
Cable assembly background with a minimum of 5 years Quality Management experience
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company
Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
BS in related field
Thorough knowledge of quality system requirements and international quality system standards, including ISO 9001:2015
Knowledge of IPC 620
Experience in preparing First Article Inspections (FAI) Report
Experience in preparing Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA/8D) Report
Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, and other environmental compliance requirements
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Handle OSHA requirements
Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient in the use of PC, business and technical software
Formal experience in training and auditing

Pay: $93,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
