Precision Machinist

We are looking for a new full-time machinist to join the team as a CNC programmer/machinist/process development specialist. Applicant must have a passion for process stability and repeatability, with a quality minded approach to continual improvement and robust documentation.

Desired Experience:
Okuma Multus with OSP300 control
Hermle 5-axis with Siemens 840D control
Esprit CAM programming for mill turn and 5-axis
Fanuc Robot programming
Responsibilities:
Read blueprints and job travelers for product specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions for manufacturing
Program and set up machine for short and medium production runs
Verify dimensions of work piece for conformance to specifications using a variety of measuring equipment
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
3 years of work experience.
Computer skills
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Good verbal and communication skills
Good mathematical skills
Team player with excellent work ethic and attendance
Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience
