About the Role
Work under the supervision of a senior, hands-on SMT Department Manager, collaborating with QC staff and another SMT operator as part of a 3–4 person team.
This location operates two SMT lines handling both prototypes and production, across two shifts. While second-shift volume can fluctuate, steady work is generally available.

Equipment in use includes Fuji, DEK, and Heller across both SMT lines, with setup centralized in the middle of the line.

The role is not physically demanding, but precision and turnaround speed are critical.
You will work in a team-driven environment with direct oversight and strong collaboration.
