About Us:
We are a PCB assembly house specializing in high-quality electronics manufacturing. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented SMT Operator to join our production department.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor SMT pick-and-place machines.
Load feeders, verify components, and perform machine changeovers.
Inspect boards for solder quality and placement accuracy (visual and AOI).
Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments to maintain production quality.
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
Assist in preventive maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
1–2 years experience operating SMT equipment (Juki, Yamaha, Fuji, etc.) preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.
Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Team player with good communication skills.
