Uni-Fab Industries, Inc. is looking for an energetic, skilled, and highly motivated person to join our Customer Support Department. Uni-Fab is a rapidly growing company with facilities in the East Bay and Central Valley.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service
Expediting orders
Consignment Program
JIT (Just In Time) Program
Customer OOR’s (Open Order Reports)
Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
Works directly with Planning, Purchasing, and Production
Customer interface
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to communicate in stressful situations.
Ability to speak effectively to customers and fellow employees.
Reasoning Abilities
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with customer issues, schedules, and personalities.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Educational Background
Two years of college level courses (A Plus)
Associate's degree or equivalent (A Plus).
GED a must
