Position Overview
This role is responsible for many aspects of our warehouse: order fulfillment, shipping, inventory management and organization. Must be versatile and flexible, basic technological understanding, friendly and willing to perform many varied tasks throughout the day. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Essential Job Functions
Duties and Responsibilities:
Fulfill of customer orders
Manage inventory
Create labels and process shipments
Maintain records / inventory
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
Learn quickly about the products and services we offer
Perform other tasks as directed by management
Experience & Credentials:
Shipping/warehouse experience
Prefer 2 years of shipping, processing, clerical or warehouse experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Skills & Technical Knowledge:
Dependable, efficient, and trustworthy
Team player with a positive attitude
Accuracy, attention to detail
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent time management skills to effectively multi-task in a busy work situation
Good computer skills (typing, internet and email, Microsoft Word and Excel)
Good communication skills (both writing and speaking)
Ability to perform simple arithmetic
Ability to lift 50 lbs REQUIRED
Position requirements
Ability to commute daily to our facility in San Rafael, CA
