Entry-Level Pre-Production Coordinator
Pay rate @ 17.95 per hour
We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented team member to join our Silkscreen & Heat Transfer department as an Entry-Level Pre-Production Coordinator. In this role, you’ll oversee workflows, support project execution, and help streamline processes to ensure our team delivers exceptional results. Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator are a plus, as you’ll assist with tasks such as preparing layouts for the manager’s review. What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
A passion for assisting others and a service-oriented mindset.
Basic proficiency in digital design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and a willingness to learn more.
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to grow.
Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality.
Your Role:
Support department leads with office organization, digital layouts, emails, phone calls, and related tasks.
Work with internal teams on revisions and approvals for final production.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards.
Provide design and print production support as needed, based on your skills and experience.
Hours & Availability:
This is a full-time position with flexible hours, requiring 6-8 hours of work per day between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Occasional Saturdays may be needed based on workload. We’re happy to discuss a schedule that works for both you and the team during the hiring process.
