We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the parking industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of parking solutions and urban mobility trends, combined with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the parking sector, including municipalities, commercial property owners, and private clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Meet or exceed sales targets and report on business development progress to senior management
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company’s offerings
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the parking, transportation, or smart city sectors
Strong knowledge of parking management systems, technologies, and relevant regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to develop strategic plans and drive initiatives from concept to completion
Proficient in CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and market analysis
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
