Role Description: Medical Operations Associate
This is a full-time on-site role. Due to the nature and sensitivity of medical records, we are NOT offering remote positions at this time. You will be working alongside our Operations and Quality Review Teams. Your primary responsibility will be extensive review of medical documents and sorting files into categories to feed into our AI model. Over time, you will be trained on quality assurance to assist in the improvement of our model output. Starting pay will be $30/hr.
Qualifications:
- Ability to sort and categorize hundreds to thousands of pages of documents a day
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Closed loop communication without hesitation to ask for help
- Excellent organizational and management skills
- Experience in healthcare, legal, or insurance industries (added plus)
