Long-established personal injury solo attorney (Super Lawyer, National Trial Lawyers Top 100, AV Preeminent rated) with excellent client and peer testimonials seeks experienced legal secretary/paralegal to work as a team on a manageable caseload of interesting 6 and 7 figure cases in upbeat and supportive environment. I take great pride in obtaining excellent results while providing dedication and support to my clients. The position offers tremendous flexibility, comfortable work flow and the opportunity for significant client interaction. Responsibilities include assisting with preparing clients for depositions and DME's, drafting demand letters and discovery responses, handling court filings, and online investigation and research. Will exceed your current annual salary up to $120,000 commensurate with experience, excellent health insurance, performance bonuses and vacation/sick leave.
