Small boutique law firm seeks part-time attorney or contractor with at least 3 to 4 years of litigation experience to help on all aspects of busy litigation practice (prepare pleadings, conduct legal research, draft motions, draft and respond to discovery, etc.). Must be licensed to practice in California. Strong research and writing skills required.
Interested candidates should submit a resume, writing sample, and a simple cover letter indicating relevant prior litigation experience and availability. Please note prior experience in both state and federal courts. Remote work may be a possibility, but there will be a need to meet in-person at times. The work is interesting and multifaceted. Our office is located near the Larkspur Ferry and Larkspur SMART station.
