Job duties include:
1. E-filing in both federal and state court;
2. Maintaining calendar;
3. Organizing files as clients provides documents;
4. Drafting simple letters and correspondence to clients;
5. Assisting attorneys in drafting simple motions and declarations;
6. Managing documents for production;
7. Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
Ability to greet clients warmly and professionally,
Ability to answer telephone calls professionally and take accurate messages,
Ability to successfully prioritize a heavy workload,
Ability to work well under pressure,
Ability to work within a small group as well as independently,
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel,
Some College and law office experienced preferred. Knowledge of bankruptcy law and procedure strongly preferred.
